Culturally Responsive Teaching

Cultural sensitivity should be thought at an early age. It should begin at home, then carry into school learning, peer interaction, etc. We, parents, care givers have a social responsibility to teach young people to respect, appreciate, and learn about other people and oneself culture.

What other ways can young people learn to be more sensitive about their peer's culture?

Here is a slide presentation on Cultural Responsive Teaching.
